While Res Publica retains discretion over the use of all funds in accordance with our 501(c)(3) status, we make every effort to honor donor intent and direct gifts to the projects our donors care about.

  • In some cases, yes. We welcome conversations about non-cash contributions including equipment, services, and other assets. Please reach out to us directly to discuss whether an in-kind gift is a good fit for your situation and ours.

  • Yes. Res Publica US Inc. is eligible to receive grants from donor-advised funds. To recommend a grant, use our legal name and EIN when submitting your recommendation through your DAF sponsor.
