Bridging Ventures

Bridging Ventures is an impact-focused organization that helps turn ambitious ideas into real-world action. Founded in 2020 by Rajiv Joshi, Bridging Ventures work with funders, leaders, institutions, and emerging initiatives at the point where important work often stalls — between vision and delivery.

As systems become more complex, many promising ideas fail to advance not for lack of ambition, but because accountability is unclear, incentives are misaligned, and the structures needed for execution are not yet in place. Bridging Ventures helps fill that gap.

Bridging Ventures supports partners in three ways: by incubating new ideas and ventures, by strengthening leadership and institutional capacity where promising efforts are stuck, and by designing the coalitions, partnerships, and convenings when progress depends on legitimacy and high-level alignment.

Bridging Ventures’ work spans three core journeys: Energy & Infrastructure, Green & Blue Economies, and Culture, Technology & Society. Across all three, the initiative helps shape the governance, finance, communications, and partnership architecture required to move from coordination to execution.

Bridging Ventures’ approach is organized around three moves: Articulate — clarifying purpose, outcomes, and accountability; Architect — designing governance, partnerships, and capital pathways; and Advance — turning plans into pilots, platforms, and practical delivery.

Bridging Ventures work across generations, sectors, and worldviews in service of a more regenerative future for all.
