eLab Fellows is a program for entrepreneurs early in their journey to reinvent education and employment. Supported by The Campbell Center for Entrepreneurship at Columbia University, the Siegel Family Endowment, LifeLabs Learning, Scarlet Spark, and Rethink Education, eLab brings together mission‑driven founders leveraging technology to tackle major challenges across K‑12, higher education, and workforce development. 

Fellows join small, international cohorts for an intensive virtual program focused on leadership, culture‑building, team development, and decision‑making in uncertain environments. Throughout the program, Fellows gain practical tools, a strong peer community, and access to key industry players.
